2. Services Provided
KPV Property Maintenance offers:
✔ Fencing Services – Including timber fencing, aluminium fencing, Colorbond fencing, slat fences, chain link fencing, steel fencing, picket fencing, and sliding gates.
✔ Cleaning Services – End-of-lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, builders cleaning, office cleaning, and high-pressure cleaning.
All services are provided with professionalism and high-quality standards.
3. Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation – All bookings are subject to availability. We confirm appointments via phone or email.
- Pricing – Prices are quoted based on the type and size of the service required. Additional charges may apply for extra work not included in the original quote.
- Payments – Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
- Late Payments – Failure to make payments may result in additional fees and service suspension.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customer Cancellation – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- Company Cancellation – KPV Property Maintenance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed as early as possible.
5. Service Guarantee & Liability
- 100% Service Guarantee – We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will resolve the issue.
- Limitations of Liability – While we take great care in our services, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages to property or surfaces.
- Any loss or damage caused by third-party interference.
- Delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before our service team arrives.
- Notify us of any special requirements or pre-existing issues before service begins.
For fencing services, permits and approvals may be required. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before installation.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information as per our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
